Hey Guys!
After taking some inspiration from Zec's recent thread "VR Modules", I thought I'd show you guys what routes have been coming off the Production Line

This route is based on a layout I hope to build in the future. I started it a few months ago but have started adding more to it, like you do.

J555 cruises through St Claire tunnel after a nice trip, soon to arrive at the terminus... Postma.

Wana Wana siding, a small halt abandond a long time ago, but was never removed
Image
Crossing the 2 adjacent trestles
Image
Passing under Port Rd overpass, the train enters the unusual yard
Image
Slow speeds are in place due to a very tight corner coming off the points to the goods yard and loop.
Image
Safely in the platform, the crew prepare to uncouple the J from the pass
Image
A shot of the J navigating the yard for the turntable at the far end of the yard

Comments welcome and encouraged
Cheers
Timo

Oh, a huge mix, both of single and spline conbinations, some of which is built-in to TS2009. Try looking under 'Gras' (yes, 1 s). The splines are JVC's and FMA's on the DLS.

Zec TS2009 textures, but I hope to start using some of FSF's textures once I have finished updating iTunes, whixh is downloading an update. It's taking forever.

Some more for you guys.
This little scene has taken about 5 hours to put together, so it is detailed. I call it Binabo, a small farming stop in the Strzelecki Ranges.

Firstly, K103 roars through on a up pass heading west to Melbourne.
Image

And secondly, an E's distictive Stephenson's Link valvegear provides a 'clonk clonk' backtrack as it pulls into Binabo to drop off some seeds for the farm before continuing west.
Image

I have to say, FSF's textures are supurb, the really blend well together, and mix them with some 3D gums I found on the DLS, they really bring the place to life.

Until next time
Timo

So detailed but the sign must have been written by Timo because Bianbo isn't the scene

Took the new F for a spin in CAB on my latest creation, something I cooked up on the holidays... Postma, Mk2.

F174 crosses Bakers Rd crossing as she decends the steep grade into Postma
Image
Half-an-hour later, the driver gives a generous tug of the whistle to alert the passengers that they need to board for the return
Image
Crossing the Bonniwon river. A strange site to see a 100 year old steamer crossing a modern concrete viaduct
Image
Last shot: F174 now puts those drivers to work as she powers up grade, crossing the same road to crossed coming down, this time from the other side of the line, looking down into the valley
Image

Until next time
Timo
