G'day guys,

G'day folks!

DD 560 takes off out of Tallarat with a train is probably shouldn't be rostered on...

Putting the power down, which is hard in the wet on a 1 in 40 grade...

A swelting 38 degree Christmas Eve did not deter enthusiasts as A2s 996 and 986 thrash out of Faxton on the return leg of an ARHA excursion during the early 1960s.

... maybe not 38c the last few years :P

Looked more like this, actually...
...with workers off for the holidays, the Christmas eve mixed train is shortened and DD 584 is attached to the head to pull it through a wet Cleaver...

Even close up and in-your-face this thing is pretty :P

Merry Christmas!
