G'day all,

Whilst browsing over Ebay, I came across some interesting models.

Take a look at the links below:

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Victorian-Railwa ... 9199707286

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Victorian-Railwa ... 2139827303

What can you find on Ebay?

Cheers,
Nathan.

Bah ha ha ha ha ha ha

I know the guy selling them... :) One of the guys from the Menzies Creek museum...

Funny enough, I know the previous owner of both locos (R704 was Nick's [AKA R704 :P ], and C4 [BOOM!] was Matt's [AKA K160]).

You got to love how the sniper won it too :) sniffed around and flirted with the others and then BAM I will take that :)
Hope it was someone we know. Would be nice to see these finished.
Cheers
Rod

Hey All,

We should make a sticky thread of interesting things we find on ebay, like this one.

Here's a locomotive for auction, VR BGM S Class Pacific

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/BGM-Brass-VR-Str ... 519906d482

And a Austrainz Series 4 T class with TCS T1 installed

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/VR-T375-Class-Se ... 500wt_1076

Wish I had the money for that :)

I wonder why people would want to get rid of those things? People sometimes don't know what they're selling. Perhaps they sell the old thing and buy a better, newer one?
