Pretty Good show - I saw Rod, Garry, Tom and I saw Aaron on Saturday but I was busy.

I had no idea it was on....I'm pretty sure that I saw Aaron at Sandown, nice having a little talk with you at the Aucision stand, and had a chat with Tyler......

....But did not attend Hobsan's Bay......

HBMRC is probably the best - only Aussie layouts and most HBMRC members are great folks. Not sure about that Tom Anderson tho

Yeah, he can be a worry... :|

:P

Didn't go this year. Not enough money, and don't like traveling the area on my own :P OTOH, I have just ordered a BGM K ('as built' era), so I did get something (even if it won't be arriving till later in the week!).

In all seriousness though I thought it was a great show as always, but I guess I'm being a bit biased :P Got a few DCC chips off Mike from DCCSound for the flatties and bought an IT wagon kit. Dungog (spelling?) was a fantastic layout, stood there for quite a while looking at the various details; the effort that has gone into making it must have been extremely high.

Bring on HBMRC 2013 :) And BRM P Classes ;)

Now all we need is H cars and that's all of V/Line's diesels fleet, and the V'locities coming, there may be an influx of more modern layouts around in the next few years

What about the more eficient Sprinters. I think it was Aaron who told me the story about "if one V'lo set loses one engine, it won't make it up Sth Geelong tunnel, but Sprinters keep going"
